PC Paranormal Booking Terms and Conditions 

These terms and Conditions (“Terms”), govern your booking with PC Paranormal. By making a booking you accept these Terms in full. Please read them carefully.  

 

1 General 

1.1 All attendees must be 18 years of age or older to attend our events, unless otherwise stated. Valid photo ID maybe required upon request. 

1.2 Some locations used for investigations may have limited or no access for guests with certain mobility issues, or may be unsuitable for those who are heavily pregnant. Please contact us in advance to discuss any accessibility or health concerns. 

1.3 All clients must behave responsibly, respectfully, and comply with directions from our staff. Any behaviour that endangers others or disrupts the event may lead to removal without refund. 

2.Booking, Payment and Deposit 

2.1 To reserve your place, a non-refundable deposit is required, (amount will be specified at time of booking). 

2.2 The remaining balance must be paid by a specified deadline (28 days prior to the event in most cases), unless otherwise agreed in writing beforehand.I f payment is not received by the deadline, your booking may be cancelled, and you may forfeit your deposit. 

2.3 Full payment confirms your booking. Once paid in full, bookings are non-transferrable and non-refundable except as stated below. 

 

3. Cancellation and Refunds 

3.1 If we need to cancel or reschedule an event: 

- We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible. 

-You will have a choice of transferring your booking to another event of equal value, or receiving a credit on your PC Paranormal account to use towards a future event. 

-We are not liable for any ttavel, accommodation or other costs you may incur. 

3.2 If you (the customer) cannot attend: 

-Cancelations by you do not entitle you to a refund. 

Deposits are non-refundable. 

-If you have paid in full and are unable to attend, in some cases you may transfer your place to another person, provided you notify us in advance and we have the replacement person’s name and contact details. 

-Booking are non-transferrable to another date unless agreed in advance, and full payment has been made. 

  

4. Health, Safety and Risk 

4.1 You attend all PC Paranormal events at your own risk. The nature of paranormal investigations can involve uneven floors, darkness, stairs and other hazards. By attending, you accept those risks. 

4.2 We will endeavour to minimise risk and ensure venues are safe, but we cannot be responsible for personal injury resulting from non-observance of our safety instructions. 

4.3 those under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to participate. If suspected, PC PARANORMAL reserves the right to refuse entry or remove you without refund. 

4.4 Smoking, vaping, open flames or similar hazards are not permitted in events unless the location expressly permits this and in designated areas.  

  

5. Behaviour and Conduct 

5.1 All attendees must treat venues, staff and fellow guests with respect.  Any damage caused by a participant will be the responsibility of that person. 

5.2 Disruptive, abusive, or dangerous behaviour will lead to immediate removal from the event without refund. 

5.3 Respect for the venue's rules (including any restrictions or changes communicated prior to the event) is mandatory.  

  

6. Paranormal Activity and Expectation 

6.1 We make no guarantee of paranormal activity at our events. Experiences vary, and activity may be minimal or intense (or none).  All investigations take place at locations where demonstrated paranormal activity has been witnessed by ourselves or others.

6.2 Any observations, theories, or interpretations offered by PC Paranormal staff or investigators are opinions; clients are responsible for their own conclusions regarding what they experience. 

 

7.Photography, Videography and Media 

7.1   You may bring your own equipment (cameras, audio recorders etc.), but this must not interfere with the event or other participants. 

7.2 if you wish to record or livestream, you must obtain prior written permission from PC Paranormal. All participants being filmed or recorded must be made aware and have the option to opt out. 

7.3 PC Paranormal may also photograph or film events for promotional purposes; by attending you grant us permissions to use such media ( unless you opt out in writing beforehand). 

 

8. Liability and Loss 

8.1. PC Paranormal is not liable for loss or damage to your personal property, equipment, or vehicles, before, during or after the event. 

8.2 We are also not responsible for any injury or harm caused by your failure to follow instructions or behave responsibly. 

8.3 You indemnify PC Paranormal and its organisers from all claims, costs, damages or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from your attendance or conduct at our events, except in cases of proven negligence on our part. 

  

9. Weather and Venue Changes 

9.1 If part or all of an event is outdoors, we reserve the right to alter or modify the event plan in case of adverse weather. 

9.2 If deemed unsafe or inaccessible (due to weather, transport issues, etc.), we may cancel or relocate the event. In such cases we will give as much notice as possible and offer alternatives as per clause 3. 

 

10 Privacy and Data. 

10.1 We will collect your name, contact details, and other required information to process your booking, ensure safety and communicate about an event. 

10.2 Personal data will be handled according to data protection laws (e.g. GDPR). We will not share your data with third parties, except where necessary (e.g. emergency services) or as required by law. 

  

11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law 

11.1 These Terms are are governed by the laws of England/ Wales/Scotland (Jurisdictions as appropriate). 

11.2 Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or booking will be subject time the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
